Chris McCook brings over 20 years of experience in land development and site work, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Southeastern Development Services. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in transforming the company from a sand and gravel operation into a premier provider of turnkey infrastructure solutions throughout Central Georgia and the Atlanta Metro area. Chris has a proven track record of successfully managing full-scale development projects from acquisition through completion, consistently delivering exceptional results for developers, municipalities, and contractors.
In addition to Southeastern Development Services, Chris founded Southeastern Hydrovac in 2023, a division specializing in hydrovac services such as utility locates and underground detention cleaning. This expansion has further strengthened the company’s service offerings, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and quality in every project.
Chris is also the Managing Member of BRAC Development, LLC, a company specializing in land acquisition and development. He has overseen numerous high-return projects and achieved impressive results in site development. His hands-on approach, combined with strong business development, leadership, and client relations skills, has driven the success of all his ventures, ensuring high-quality project execution and continued growth.
Through his commitment to innovation, safety, and quality, Chris continues to lead Southeastern Development Services and its subsidiaries to new heights, fostering long-term relationships and delivering impactful infrastructure solutions that benefit clients, employees, and the communities they serve.
RANDY ROBISON
President & Chief Operating Officer
With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Randy Robison leads Southeastern Development Services with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Randy is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, project execution, and overall company performance, ensuring that every project meets high standards of quality and safety.
Randy’s extensive expertise spans a variety of large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects, including dams, spillways, site development, and complex remediation work. He has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes on complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and with meticulous attention to detail.
His commitment to safety and quality is supported by a range of professional certifications and training, which guide his leadership in promoting best practices across all levels of the organization. Randy’s hands-on leadership style fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the company’s long-term success.
